What do I receive with my Training Camp Registration?
You will receive an attendee letter by email with more details about the camp. In addition, we will mail you the “CPC® Coding Exam Review: The Certification Step” by Carol Buck. This book will be your text book and includes a CD-ROM with a mock exam.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please notify us in writing 10 business days before the event start date if, for any reason, you should be unable to attend. A credit voucher equivalent to the amount you paid will then be issued or, if you prefer, a full refund less a $100 non-refundable administrative fee will be given. For cancellations received fewer than 10 business days before the event start date no refunds or credits will be given. Your registration may be transferred to another individual at any time, but please notify us in writing. When registering, please indicate whether you qualify for a discount. No discounts can be combined. CodingCert.com does not accept responsibility for covering travel, accommodation or any other costs incurred by registrants should this event be cancelled for any reason. The event program content is subject to change without notice.

If I cannot attend, may I send someone else to attend?
Yes, your registration may be transferred to another individual at any time, but please notify us in writing.

What is the conference dress code?
The dress for the meeting will be business casual. Please note: Meeting room temperatures are unpredictable and not under our control. For your comfort, we suggest that you bring a sweater or jacket in case the meeting rooms are cold.

Should I bring my CPT & ICD-9 Book with me?
Yes, you will need to bring your CPT Professional Version and your ICD-9 book/

What meals do I receive with my registration?
You will receive a lunch each day with your Training Camp registration.

How do I sign up for the AAPC CPC® Exam?
You can sign up directly with us! The AAPC extends a discount to our Training Camp attendees and you will save $100 by signing up for the exam & the Training Camp. We have conveniently scheduled these camps in locations where the local AAPC chapter is holding the exam. You are welcome to take the exam on the following Saturday or wait as long as you would like.

Do I have to be a member of the AAPC to take the Exam?
In order to receive your CPC® credentials, you must be a member of the AAPC. We are happy to help you become a member when you register for the training camp and the AAPC extends a discount to our Training Camp attendees.
